We give them drills that will help to improve their skill level.

All players will learn the proper fundamentals to improve.

We develop positive mental attitudes.

Our professional staff will MANAGE the teams...No Father will manage the team unless they have playing and coaching experience.

We play to win, but do it in a constructive manner, realizing that developing the proper fundamentals and the right attitude is what really matters.

Again, our main goal is to get better ....not to play in ten tournaments and not improve.
Team Breakdown:

10 to 12 players per team (allows everyone to play)
-
20-30 practices (5 before each tournament)
-
4 to 6 Tournaments per season (depends on age group)

Team will be managed by one of the above coaches

Each player will receive a hat and shirt

Practices are scheduled to begin March 14th (A set schedule would be confirmed once parents have had their team meeting with the Coach)

We have our own outdoor field and also an indoor facility for practices -- if the weather is bad* Winter workouts are available for the serious players but not mandatory
