The registration process for players is as follows:
1. Player registers as a TBWSC member with Soccer Northwest by the deadline set by the TBWSC.
2. Soccer Northwest will send a list of SNO registered players to the TBWSC Registrar.
3. TBWSC Registrar uploads players into OSCAR so that they receive an OSA membership. Once a player has been uploaded to OSCAR they will be added to the appropriate online team roster on the TBWSC website.
4. Player will receive an email from SportsEngine saying: "An Ontario Soccer membership has been purchased for you by Thunder Bay Women's Soccer Club".
Only players who have been uploaded to OSCAR will appear on the team's online roster. If a player is not listed on the online roster then that player has not been uploaded to OSCAR and is not eligible to play.

How to Register Team Staff (i.e. Coaches/Team Managers)
Team managers and coaches who will be on the bench/in the playing area must also be uploaded into OSCAR and receive an OSA membership.
Team managers/coaches are not required to register with SNO unless they are also a player.
For coaches/team managers to be uploaded into OSCAR the following information must be sent to tbwsc.registrar@gmail.com by the deadline set by the TBWSC:
- Name
- Email Address
- Date of Birth
- Team Name
Once this information is received the TBWSC Registrar will upload these individuals into OSCAR and obtain an OSA membership for them.
Only team staff (coaches/team managers) who have been uploaded to OSCAR will appear on the team's online roster. If a coach/team manager is not listed on the online roster then they have not been uploaded to OSCAR and are not eligible to be on the bench/in the playing area.
