La Vale Baseball Registration is straight forward and easy.  

1.       Simply complete this registration form and register by mail at the address listed below. 

2.       The registration fee can be paid with a check or money order made payable to   La Vale Athletic Association. 

3.       The process can be completed by mailing this form along with your check or money order (no cash please) to the address below:

To be eligible, a player must have been born between May 1, 2007 and April 30, 2016. Age is based upon a player’s age as of April 30, 2020 - Registration fees are as follows:

·         TBall (4, 5, 6 years of age) and Coach Pitch (6, 7, 8 years of age) - $50.00

·         Minors (8, 9, 10 years of age) - $80.00

·         Majors (10, 11 and 12 years of age) - $100.00

Teams fill quickly, so it is recommended to submit registration and payment ASAP. Registration will close 3/1/20.
