Palmyra starts slow but drops Cedar Crest 8-3

After a slow start, Palmyra finish strong to defeat Cedar Crest 8-3. After going down 2-1 early in the second period on a Cedar Crest goal by Devyn Stump, Palmyra rattled off four unanswered goals, taking the 5-2 lead and never looking back. Senior Tyler DePuy netted two goals for the Cougars. Freshman Gabriel Page, Drew Poleshuk, Cameron Ihli, Jacob Herman, Brandon Cheyney and Jonah Hoy each added a goal for Palmyra. Annika Neufeld-Kreider and Owen Faiola also scored for Cedar Crest in a losing effort.  Sophomore Dylan Donough got the win in goal with 13 saves.

Palmyra doesn't play again until Friday, December 2nd.  They will face Lower Dauphin (1-2-2) at Twin Ponds East.  Puck drop is at 8:15 PM.
