Craft Fair and Rummage Sale 2016

First Annual Craft Fair and Rummage Sale Fundraiser at RBVLL

Saturday,  December 10, 2016 @ 8am - 1pm 

Attend the event! 
Who knows what treasures you will find, join us at RBVLL

We will be offering coffee, beverages and snack items from our Home Plate Grill. 

 

Ways you can participate:

DONATE YOUR ITEMS!
Time to clean house for a good cause.  Donate your gently used items for our rummage sale. Accepting baseball equipment, clothing, shoes, furniture, appliances, Household items and more.

 

HOBBYISTS WANTED!
Rent a space for $75 to sell and share your crafts.  Register Today

 

VOLUNTEER
We can always use extra hands. If you would like to help us in anyway before or during the event, or earn your community service points, please contact us today! events@rbvll.org

Help us with:

  • Pick up and Drop off of donated items
  • Help spread the word. Pass out flyers, put up signs etc.
  • Help with set up day of event
  • Help manage sales and items the day of event. 
  • and more... :)

HOW TO DONATE ITEMS

  1. Send us your NAME, PHONE NUMBER and LIST of general items that you would like to donate to events@rbvll.org 
  2. Arrange a pick up or drop off day and time, NO LATER THAN Thursday, December 8th 2016.
    • Drop off Days will be scheduled at RBVLL 
    • December 3, 2016 — 2:00pm - 4:00pm
      December 4, 2016 — 2:00pm - 4:00pm
      December 6, 2016 — 5:00pm - 7:00pm
      December 8, 2016 — 5:00pm - 7:00pm

  3. Your donation is TAX DEDUCTIBLE! We will give you a big thank you and a receipt for your items. 

 

To Rent A Space:

  1. If you would like to rent a space to sell your crafts please fill out the participation form and purchase your space online.  REGISTER TODAY!
  2. Your Donation of $75 is TAX DEDUCTIBLE! We will give you a big thank you and a receipt for your participation. 
  3. We will contact you to confirm your reserved space and give you further set up details. 
  4. Gates will be open at 6:00 AM, December 10, 2016.  CHECK IN BY 7:00AM for set up and preparation.
