#3. *Baseball Ontario Request for player information - EXAMPLE per the Oakville Roster PDF that was an attachment previously sent out before the meeting.
GLENN LACOSTE  explained that this was a directive from Baseball Ontario, after Glenn inputed information on the excel spreadsheet supplied by Baseball Ontario, we got them to agree to an edited version of the information which was sent and then approved by Baseball Ontario,
Then Glenn re designed an Excel file to simplify the requested information, and has sent a copy to all Vintage Teams to fill out. Glenn has ALSO volunteered to help all teams with any questions or even if you are not familiar with Excel, Glenn has offered to help you through that problem too.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

All Information sent to / or gathered by GLENN LACOSTE WILL ONLY BE PROVIDED TO BASEBALL ONTARIO, (who have stated, it will be kept within BASEBALL ONTARIO)!

This information gathered will also help Vintage Baseball as we try and help teams avoid duplication when it comes to cost of insurance per player but may also help us when we are trying to gage the appropriate Age Division for each group

#8 —Website - Frank Iker

Frank Iker noticed that the website was underutilised and was in need of some updating. As a minimum it is requested that tournament hosts or the division Directors forward the tournament schedules as soon as they are confirmed to the VP (Frank). This is actually a constitutional requirement (Article 8). After the tournament has been completed, the results should also be forwarded to Frank.
Additionally, forwarding any other scheduled games, 1-day tournaments, etc. would be appreciated.
Frank finally requested of those at the meeting to have a look at the website & forward any worthy observations both good and bad. Trying to make the website more user friendly & appealing is the goal here.

Frank, thanked everyone for taking time to join meeting, stated be healthy,  stay safe
