Fossyl Drive will be CLOSED May 30th- June 4th for much needed repair. Parking WILL BE PERMITTED at the gravel lot by field 1/water tower and the parking lot at William Bick Primary on 232. Parking lot of William Bick ON Fossyl drive WILL BE CLOSED. We thank you in advance for your cooperation and patience while this work is being completed.
Concession Schedule 2018
There should always be at least 3 workers, 4 is preferable in the concession from open to close. Workers should be at the concession stand no later than 5:30 for games starting at 6:00 and 6:00 for games starting at 6:30.Someone from the board will be there to open and collect money at the end of the night. Bethel Diamond Sports has been chosen to be a partner with the Reds Community Fund again this year. This year the RCF will provide us with money which we will use for league fees and equipment. In exchange, the Reds ask that we perform a minimum of three community service projects. There are 3 options for teams to participate in this year.

BETHEL LION’S CLUB PANCAKE BREAKFAST
Bethel Lions Club: Community Service Option 2
Bethel Diamond Sports second community service event will be the Lions' Club Pancake Breakfast at the Bethel-Tate High School on April 7, 2018. Players will bus tables from 7:30-10:00 am. Players will work in shifts of 30-60 minutes and should wear a team jersey, if available. Even if your child isn’t working, you can enjoy a pancake breakfast without messing up your kitchen or dirtying your dishes. The price for breakfast is $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under. Please make sure to pay at the table before coming in. Contact Dawn Hollifield with any questions or to RSVP your child’s or team’s time slot to work. SPRING LITTER CLEAN-UP
Spring Litter Clean Up: Community Service Option 3
Our third community service event will take place on Saturday, April 21, from 9:00-12:00. Meet at the Burke Park shelter house at 9 am. Additional information can be found at http://www.springlittercleanup.com. Please take plenty of pictures! Please share those pictures with Dan Jeffers so he can show the Reds that we care about our community!

If you have gently used baseball and softball equipment that your child or team has outgrown, please consider donating it to the Bethel Diamond Sports Equipment Exchange. Our goal is to provide gloves, bats, helmets, and cleats for any child or coach that needs it. If you have equipment to donate, or are in need of equipment, please contact your coach or any Board Member of Bethel Diamond Sports.
