2 Former Cougars Drafted by MLB Teams

Gavin Hollowell (Class of 2016) and Connor Lehmann (Class of 2014) were drafted by Major League Baseball Teams yesterday (June 4, 2019). Hollowell went in the 6th round to the Colorado Rockies and Lehmann went in the 7th round to the San Diego Padres.

Both played vital roles for the Montgomery Cougar High School Baseball Team. Lehmann led the Cougars to a 2013 Conference Championship. Hollowell helped the Cougars win the 2016 Somerset County Championship.

Both join former Cougars, Jonathan Prosinski and Josh Prevost as professional baseball players.
