1. To keep accurate records of the names, addresses and phone numbers of all players and volunteer members of the Association
2. To submit the required membership to the Registrar of Baseball Nova Scotia in a timely manner.
3. To attend meetings of the association and is a voting member.
4. To organize all uniform deposit cheques each season.
