In consideration of the permission granted to me/my child/ward to participate in the year 2025 Total Baseball Development LLC (TBD) activities schedule, I individually or as a parent/guardian hereby release, covenant not to sue and forever discharge, Robert Gerald Protexter; Total Baseball Development LLC; the TBD Fall League; Iowa Great Lakes 'Okobojis' American Legion Baseball Team and Fall College Prospects Team; Milford, Iowa American Legion Post #384, any other Total Baseball Development associated or partner teams and leagues and organizations; The City of Sioux City, Iowa; The Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department; The Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club; Lewis & Clark Park; Little League Baseball; Morningside Little League Inc.; The Strikers Complex; any and all employees of Total Baseball Development, and any other Facility, City, Township, School District, College, University, individual high school, high school booster clubs, independent contractors, and their Associations, Organizations, and related parties; and any officers, employees, or agents of any of the aforementioned groups, associations, or organizations from any and all claims and liabilities with regard to my or my child's/ward's participation in the 2025 Total Baseball Development LLC (TBD) activities schedule.

I (individually or as a parent/guardian) further state and certify that I am able to participate in the described activities of the camp and league and activities. This release shall insure to the benefit of Robert Gerald Protexter; Total Baseball Development LLC; the TBD Fall League; Iowa Great Lakes 'Okobojis' American Legion Baseball Team and Fall College Prospects Team; Milford, Iowa American Legion Post #384, any other Total Baseball Development associated or partner teams and leagues and organizations; The City of Sioux City, Iowa; The Sioux City Parks and Recreation Department; The Sioux City Explorers Baseball Club; Lewis & Clark Park; Little League Baseball; Morningside Little League Inc.; The Strikers Complex; any and all employees of Total Baseball Development, and any other Facility, City, Township, School District, College, University, individual high school, high school booster clubs, independent contractors, and their Associations, Organizations, and related parties; and any officers, employees, or agents of any of the aforementioned groups, associations, or organizations, and related parties; and any officers, employees, or agents of any of the aforementioned groups, associations, or organizations and shall be binding on my heirs, successors and executors. I/my child/ward further state that Total Baseball Development LLC is authorized to use my/my child/ward's name and any photographs or videotape of me/my child/ward at the camp and league and activities for its promotional purposes without the need to compensate me/my child/ward or Total Baseball Development LLC for such use.

I have read this liability form and have been given sufficient time to review it and ask whatever questions I have relating to it. I fully understand the risks involved and that it is possible to sustain serious injury or death during the course of participating in the above-described activities. I acknowledge that my execution hereof is material to the acceptance of my participation in the 2025 Total Baseball Development LLC (TBD) activities schedule.
