RBVLL Umpire Application

The RBVLL will be conducting Junior Umpire Classes this fall during the Winter Ball season.

The classes will be held on Saturdays prior to the schedule games and will include class work and on the field umpiring. The classes will be open to all boys and girls ages 10 and above.
