I recognize the risks of illness and or injury in any exercise/physical or athletic event and am participating in the Toms River Tornadoes tryouts upon the express agreement and understanding that I am herby waiving and releasing The Toms River Tornadoes, its officers, directors, coaches and staff from any and all claims, costs, liabilities, expense or judgment, including attorneys fees and court costs, arising out of my child participating in the aforesaid events or any illness, injury, or death resulting there from and herby agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Toms River Tornadoes and its participating associations and others, from and against all such claims.
