DO NOT use this form if you are a player wanting to register and pay for yourself to be added to a team that is playing. You will need to utilize the Saturday or Sunday Player form.

This form is used to register a team of at least 14 players under a single payment. By making a single payment for your team you will also receive a 10% discount on the overall price. Once your form is submitted please allow up to 2 business days to be processed. After your payment is processed you will receive a link to send to your players to have them register for your team. Jerseys can be left blank so you can customize them as you see fit, within reason. Jersey names and numbers can consist of standard letters, numbers, and special characters (ex. ABC... 123... !@#...) and will appear as it is submitted. Jersey names can be UP TO 16 characters including spaces and numbers can be up to 2 characters. If you have a special request for your name or number please email us so we can see what we can do.

Please note that all players registering for your team must register using the "PAID IN FULL TEAM PLAYER" form before the Standard Registration deadline. Any unused registrations will be forfeited and are non-refundable past the Standard Registration deadline. It is your duty as Captain to ensure your players are registered on time.

Please be sure to follow jersey upsize fees as well with your payment.

If your registration fails to process for any reason you will be contacted via the supplied email address and phone number. Improper / Declined registrations will not be used as place holders. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure your have been processed, your payment method has been charged, and your team is listed on the roster. Be sure to check your SPAM folder if you have not received an email from the league.

AMATEUR ATHLETIC WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in BigBalls Kickball League (STL BBK LLC) athletic sports program, related events and activities, the undersigned acknowledges, appreciates, and agrees that:

1) The risk of injury from the activities involved in this program is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death, and while particular rules, equipment, and personal discipline may reduce this risk, the risk of serious injury does exist; and,

2) I KNOWINGLY AND FREELY ASSUME ALL SUCH RISKS, both known and unknown, EVEN IF ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES or others, and assume full responsibility for my participation; and,

3) I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation. If, however, I observe any unusual significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately; and,

4) I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, HEREBY RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS BigBalls Kickball League (STL BBK LLC) their officers, officials, agents, and/or employees, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and if applicable, owners and lessors of premises used to conduct the event (?RELEASEES?), WITH RESPECT TO ANY AND ALL INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, or loss or damage to person or property, WHETHER ARISING FROM THE NEGLIGENCE OF THE RELEASEES OR OTHERWISE, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

I HAVE READ THIS RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK AGREEMENT, FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS TERMS, UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY SIGNING IT, AND SIGN IT FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.
