| Gentlemen
The tent is up at Crosby for the culmination of an exciting 2008 season. It is now located in center field.
The weather forecast looks outstanding.
The games will be competitive, fun and entertaining.
Some points that we should all be conscious of are as follows:
- No drinking allowed is allowed in the parking lot at Crosby
- The food will be provided by Evan from Village Grocer.
- The refreshments (coolers and beer) will be ice cold. Prices will be $4 for beer, coolers or liquor mixes. $1 for pop and water. Please do not drink and drive.
- The HR contest will take place on Saturday at 16:00, prizes for the winners. No kids are allowed on the field.
- A DJ will be present for announcements and music for Saturday and Sunday games.
- Please ensure that all your teammates receive a 2009 Registration Form this weekend

Chris, kudos to you and the rest of the Executive. I believe this has been the best season ever in terms of updated information and overall organization. Your efforts have not gone unnoticed. I think I can speak for the entire league when I say, Thanks !

| Friggin crazy yesterday. Great weather, Harding showing off their supriority on the field, at the HR Derby and the beer tent and of course thanks to Widds for putting everything together.
