| An Opportunity to Support Healthcare in our Community
York Central Hospital Foundation is excited to announce that the 4th Share the Spirit of Care Run/Walk will be held on Saturday, May 2nd, 2009 at Richmond Green. The event will feature a 5k Run/Walk and a 1k Scamper for children, with an anticipated attendance of 750 participants. Monies raised will help fund a birthing suite within York Central Hospital’s Family Birthing Centre.
Over the past three years, Share the Spirit of Care 5k Run/Walk has raised over $185,000. These proceeds have helped to purchase medical equipment that has improved care for our patients and community.
We hope that you will consider supporting our event. Enclosed is our Participation Package for your review. Depending on your level of contribution, your organization could be recognized in our printed materials, website, event signage and T-shirts. Some levels of sponsorship also include complimentary race entries.
