| As a teacher I should be sick of reports at this time of the year. I have spent some time over the past few days reviewing the standing. I have not played or viewed all the teams so I used the runs for and runs against to conclude my mid-season report cards.
Wing It = A++ Exceptional players at all aspects of the game. They may not lose another game this year.
Village Grocer = A+ They can beat you coming and going. They are a solid team at every aspect of the game.
Remax = A+ The best in the USPL at finding ways to win, regardless of their lack of ability and age. One word describes them impressive.
Flakeboard = B+ The most improve team of the year. They will break many hearts in the second half.
DST Output = B+ Solid in all the defensive positions and they posses enormous power with the bats.
School = B Their outfielders and pitching has improved 100%. Bats are a bit inconsistent.
M.A.S. = B They can score runs in a bunch. They are starting to put it all it together for a major run.
Complete Plumbing = B Inconsistence all year long. They are a different team on any given night.
DBS = B- They hit the ball very hard. They need to learn to win. Need better gloves.
Nvision/Ed’s = C+ The defense has let them down so far this year. But they will win many games in the second half of the season.
Crupi = C+ Exceptional hitters, weakness in the infield. They are fastest team in the league.
Harding = C+ Great hitters. The big difference-maker has been their glove work.
Bistro = C They are not a total package yet, much improved. They had a great draft. Great veterans added.
Travel Lovers = C- Great at hitting the ball but have some challenges with the gloves.
Arms = D+ Started strong………fading with the summer heat? It has been a very strange act this year.
Griffith = D+ Slight improvements this year but need better overall defense.
Stephen Tar = D+ They lost too many good players this year. They still have outstanding leadership.
Kelsey's = D Looking to draft in the top three this year again.
