| Who will be holding up the silver trophy in September? The reality is only four teams have a legitimate shot, they are Grocer, Remax, Wings and the Plumbers.

| Not sure what reality you live in, but one look at the current Playoff Standings as of today (20 Aug) leaves the 2,3,5,6 seeds out of your mix. The whole Karma thing worked last time, so I'll take DST, TL, Crupi and the Arms as my final 4.

| Especially after this year when we vote to get rid of the dumb idea....
There is too much parity in the league now..If you make the top 10 during the year, you deserve to win the championship. If you don't..you need to wait another year !

| Totally agree with you. The league is filled with real strong teams and if you play well all year and get up in the top half, you deserve to have a shot. If you don't, you should play for the conny.
Although, I disagree with Moleculary, because there is so much parity there will be a team from the conny side that wins it all and that will probably be the same year this rule is changed.

You had a USPL championship handed to you on a silver platter and didn’t deserve it! ………….The way Wing It has been dominating teams all year shows you who the best team in the USPL this year and last year………. not the 2009 champions!

| Wow, I just logged in to see if we were home team for our last game and read this low class comment coming from Matches.. You must really have nothing to do but stew over a game that happened a year ago!!
Any team in sport can win and parity in this league proves it in its own small part.. Wing It is a great team with a great bunch of guys and I wish them luck! Now you are setting them up to be a target..
We have had a terrible year in the win column, but we have never given up and considering we lost 5 players from our last years team and had 2nd last pick in the draft, we have hung in there in many a game..
Even with the domination you are stating that Wing It has had this year, they needed a 2 run come from behind bottom of the 7th inning to beat the last place team 5-4!!!
Show some class and stop posting stupid comments like this as our league deserves more. Good luck to everyone in the playoffs, there should be a lot of great games and looking forward to a great playoff week and season wrap up to another great year!!
Congrats ahead of time to whoever wins it all this year as no matter who it is you will have deserved it!!

| Matches...think before you post your smack comments. Your remarks about last year's champs are totally false. They were a top team last year and well deserved of the championship. Any team can walk away with the hardware this year..it's that close on "any given sunday".

| You guys are quick to criticize, but give little into the reasons as to why and what. What is it about the big game last year that was not so messed up? Why did a high profile team lose so many players? What makes them only win a few games this year?

| These questions don't really need answering at this point because they are irrelevant but I'll humor you. The game last year wasn't messed up at all except for the fact that I through two balls away that made it closer than it needed to be. Unfortunately, it ended on a close play that came down to an umpires discretion.. That's BASEBALL! I'm not sure why Matches is dwelling on it. From my conversations with Wing It, they're not.
We lost players this year because Life happens. Believe it or not their is life outside the USPL. As for why we didn't win many games... In many games this year our opposition scored more runs than we did.
Let's keep Douches like Matches off the forum and leave it for people who have constructive things to say. Love to know who you are but we all know you're not coming out from behind that clever handle.
