Hope this email find you well, please take a moment and read the email below one of our teammate Chris Kerlow and his family are in need of the entire Markham / Unionville community support and will only take 15 seconds of your time to fill in the form, it does not cost anything.

Hey Fellow Captains,
I don’t often ask for favours, but this one is very worthwhile. I first met the Kerlows because our kids played hockey in Markham, and we have been friends ever since. Many of you know the family through the hockey community. Anytime there was a fundraiser for a hockey team, you would see the Kerlow’s attending. Now it’s time for the hockey community to help support them. Johann has been diagnosed with a rare disorder, that requires special medication. It is extremely costly $680,000 per year. Last year we were successful in sending petitions etc. to have the government of Ontario cover the drug. Now this could be changing….and the family needs our support.
This is easy, it doesn’t cost you any money…..just 15 seconds of your time to go to this link and fill in your name so a letter will be sent to our MPP. Could you please forward to your teams…..Let’s show them what the hockey community can do! …..And please feel free to forward on to anyone else

Possibly an email to MP Dr. Jane Philpott (Min. of Health) and MPP Dr. Helena Jaczek (Min. of Community and Social Sers) would be the route to go. They are the Provincial and Federal reps
in the area.

| The Kerlows' are some of the most sincere and genuine people in the community.
It is really sad to hear about Joanne, she is one of the kindest ladies I have ever met, always had us over for sleepovers as kids, hosted parties as young adults and treats everyone with respect. She is a very kind person and my condolences to the entire Kerlow clan.
If anyone can and will beat it, my money is on Joanne.
Please take a second to help out. And let us know if we can do anything else.
