Eight candidates have filed for election to the JSSA Board of Directors. The election to fill all nine board positions is February 14 and 16. The deadline for persons to file official notice of their candidacy to the board is January 31.
Three positions on the Executive Commitee, and three on the A and B committees are to be voted on. Candidates thus far are:
Executive CommitteeScott Logan, John Katulak and Dave Summers.
A Committee Gary Newman, Sal Messina and Gene Holmes.
B Committee Mike Richmond and Tom Cosentino.
Please get your notices in ASAP. Candidates wiill have an opportunity at the February 9 Pizza Party to speak briefly about why they want to serve on the board It is important that all positions be filled so that the senior softball program can continue as a premier recreation activity for all who are interested.
