| I know I don’t play for Big10 this year but I will always be a part of them…that being said I think maybe you guys don’t really understand who and what Big10 is and im sure I will miss something here too…
Champions take full responsibility for their outcome…champions make adjustments not excuses! Champions put in place the habits and daily rituals that manufacture success. This is something Big10 has always done…put in work! im sure you all have responsibilities and families as did I or maybe you don’t get home until after dark? Well I hate to burst your bubbles but Big10 was born in the fucking dark we were molded by the darkness. Champions go all in all the time, so when that tournament is over that’s when we start putting in the work, you don’t put in work on tournament day…that’s the reward! Champions understand the process of what it takes to be elite, success can only be bought through the currency of hard work. Big10 adopts the mindset of the champions of the previous Big10 teams who have help the trophies before them, and they continually to carry the torch so that the standard is NEVER forgotten. Big10 fights and claws until the last pitch is thrown…failure is not an option for Big10, they never quit and never give up. Big10 became phenomenal by mastering the art of having HEART…they take nothing for granted and they play the Big10 way or they don’t do it at all. Most teams have been too comfortable with being good to be GREAT but that is NOT what Big10 what build on. Big10 has never been mediocre its not in their DNA and it never has been its not something that is acceptable. These are the fundamentals and principles that Big10 was built on…don’t disrespect what has been built over time, do it the Big10 way or don’t do it at all
What kind of season do you want to have…success is a choice, you all say you want to be successful but are you willing to put the work in to be successful? There is only one person who knows the answer to that question…he is the one looking back in the mirror at you! I hope that you reading this makes you uncomfortable its meant to because at the end of the day its YOU vs YOU, you have to answer to yourself, and if you are sitting here reading this saying its just softball then you have already answered your own question and Big10 is not for you.
