| I’ve been playing in the udpl with the same team for over 15 years. Started we would tell stories about injuries from nights out innoir youth. | Lob Ball morphed into Slo Pitch.
Lob ball had an unlimited ceiling on pitch height and was much more difficult to hit.
The strike zone was over the plate and between the front knee and back shoulder.
Slo pitch is all about HR’s, especially at Crosby.
