| Back in my day teams saw other teams winning championships as motivation to get better. Me thinks this generation has gotten a bit softer and is looking for the easy way out! In my opinion the championship means more when you climb the mountain to get it rather than having it handed to you on a silver platter. Just my two cents.

| Rassie - It's not rocket science. Hard work pays off. Lots of BP. Field some grounders. Shag some fly balls. Get the boys together for a practice. Iron sharpens iron like they say. Lots of resources out there. This video here changed my life (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5lM6KjryEvI&t=103s) - you can thank me later when your team is at the top of the standings bud.
Bigelo/Anchor - Me thinks you boys have a little too much time on your hands during the holiday year. You might want to find a new hobby or get a dog to pass the time instead of scrolling the forums being keyboard warriors! Just my 2 cents.

| Hey, life isn’t just some balance sheet where you keep tabs on every hit, error or interaction!
I used to play the scorekeeper, meticulously noting who owed me what, clinging to every little detail like it was gold.
But here’s the real deal: that mindset is exhausting and can drive your teammates away.
Be a good teammate simply because it’s the right thing to do, not because you’re waiting for a reward. Let’s focus on building each other up and enjoying the journey together, win or lose!
