That has to be retooled in the off-season to compete with the Active men and show no Love. School the new players with Pace and make them strong at Steel. Find Solutions for your weaknesses. **Masters Division** (Constitution) promotes a relaxed approach to the game,offers an enjoyable experience while fostering connections amongst participants.
No where do I see: "foster hatred amongst participants".
"Hate" is a pretty strong word. I suggest and hope that there are only a few players who "hate". After all, we are only grown men (most of us) trying to replay our youth once a week on the field of dreams.
If there is hatred then I suggest the League Execvutive implement an annual "Masters Draft" ranking the players and distributing them evenly. This will encourage "better comraderie through the league, even opportunity , the chance to see a team come together and more fun and less "hatred".
