| Could be Mouldy. My past experience is that the Town will cancel access if they fell it is warrantes (ex: excess rain, mud) the Town owns the diamonds. The league can at their discretion cancel games even if the Town does not cancel.
Hope this qualifies as my 3% accurate information?

| I was a witness to a spirited game between the up and coming sluggernauts and the veteran baseline sports team with some curious new players on their team that looked like a level above the rest. I was expecting the baseline boys to take over the game but the sluggernauts have that can do attitude and proved me wrong. They have solidified themselves as a contender this year to take the throne away from Gregory. You heard it here first. I am a believer.

| The wind was blowing under the bright lights of Milliken tonight and the young Smash Kitchen team showed their true colours with a spirited game against the Gregory boys. They came within 2 feet of pulling the walk off upset. Give them a couple of years and I would not be surprised if they switched places with the boys in orange. Gregory is looking a little long in the tooth these days with close games against both Baseline and Smash kitchen, and dare I say, they are showing some chinks in the armour. I predict that the youthful, fresh-faced teams will soon usurp the old guard in this great league. The last 3 years were Gregory’s, but the next three years belong to the youth movement (Sluggernauts, Smash Kitchen, Imperials). Mark my words. This league better take notice or get left behind.

| I've been saying it all year that the G-Boys are as vulnerable as ever this year but Gregory riders like Bigelow just refuse to take their blinders off and actually watch a game. Gregory has been winning games by the skin of their teeth this year and it is just a matter of time. Where this is smoke, there is fire. This is what makes the league great. Upsets make for an exciting and intriguing year. Can't wait to see how this all plays out.

Many slowpitch aren’t tough enough to be great hitters.
They lack the mental and physical toughness it takes to be successful.
The sad part is, most will never be told this or work on it because they are misled to believe that having a great swing is the key to hitting success.
A great swing is NOT the key, it’s just a small piece of a large puzzle!
