Elite teams, akin to intricate machines, comprise numerous components, yet every aspect, output, and problem can be comprehended. Consequently, their success rate is exceptionally high.
On the other hand, good teams, such as those found in weather patterns, living organisms, and financial markets, involve an overwhelming array of interacting variables, defying complete understanding or prediction. Even minor changes can have unforeseen consequences, like a loss. What proved effective yesterday may not work today.
