| Good Afternoon everyone,
As you can imagine we will be closing the fields again tonight.
I am asking that all teams abide by the cancellation and keep your players off the field tonight.

| The only thing I imagine is that the town of Markham has too much time on their hands. It's grass, not gold!

| Absolutely right. I know it's not the USPL that makes these decisions but there's no way that call should be made at 3:00pm. Even if the 6:30 games didn't play which they may be able to, certainly the later games could have been played. It's silly.

| honestly it's a joke. if they got off thier a**** they would realize when they go to the park, like I did, ther is'nt a single puddle, such a shame, now guys dont have an excuse to leave the house! lol
its not like were playing on bent grass tee decks with our spikes, oh wait, york downs didnt shut down either...

3pm is still way too early to call games for the night..

| The Giants/ Tigers series will be good. The slo-mo pitch replay in the rain lsat night was pret-ty cool! Very cinematic. The town would have canceled the games with that rain.

| Next year the town should not cancel fields so early, they should learn to read the weather reports.
