Well, the match of the season is out of the way. The jitters and nervousness should now be gone. The girls started out slow and it could be seen by their actions.

But, after a positive halftime break, the girls all came out strong in the second half. There was great defensive stops by the back line of defenders and some great passing sequences.

I'm looking forward to the upcoming games to see how much more of the skills that they've learned will start coming out. The girls did a good job on their first match of the season.
