I could care less if you use one but if you do dont complain about other people using them. By the way the new ball doesnt begin slowing down "in the air" until 60 or 65 feet. If it hits the ground first it begins slowing down imediately. It is a safer ball as well as a ball that will take away some of the sky high shaver bombs. Chuck yes you are right the line drives will still come off the bat as fast but the ball is still safer then the one we are using now. Its cheaper for everyone to start with a ball change and go from there. Wood bat leagues are for fenced fields. Games on open fields would be 3-2. Dont over react. |

I called Roger Clemens to get some more steroid injections for our players since our "shaved" bats didn't work so well last night. Also our "100 year old catcher" aged another week so his power was gone also. I called Jimmer also and our shipment of "rocket launcher" bats will be in for the next game. |
