Hi Girls, drink plenty of water throughout the day before practice. Try and eat a light dinner...nothing too heavy. Please bring a towel and plenty of water with you to practice. I hope you all have been stretching...See you at 5:00 pm.

Hi Girls, hope you all enjoyed your first stunting clinic last night. I think it went well and I can't wait to see how much you progress each week. Remember to stretch those muscles every day and drink plenty of water to keep yourselves hydrated. Have a great weekend and I will see you all at practice Monday night at 5:00 pm.

Hey Girls: 11 days to the official start of the season!!! Make sure that you are stretching each and every day. Never stretch a cold muscle warm up your muscles first. Can't wait to see all of you. GO INDIANS 2009!

Hi Girls, you might want to start stretching every day before the season begins. I have added some information about how to increase your flexibility under the Main Menu. Stretching is so important and it should be done each and every day so that you may reach your full potential. Just remember to always warm up your muscles before you begin. You can achieve this by doing jumping jacks or jogging in place for at least 5 minutes prior to stretching. So warm those muscles up and STRETCH, STRETCH, STRETCH!!!
