Registration form for established teams (ages 13-18) wanting to play baseball in the team competitive division. Boys age 12 may "play up" with parent, league, & coach's permission. Typically divide teams into age 13-15 and age 16-18 divisions within the league.

Concussion Form
Concussion form to be read and signed by each player and a parent. The signed concussion form should be turned in with the player registration and a copy of the player's official birth certificate (if new to the Babe Ruth league).

Volunteer Form
All team managers and coaches that will be on the field during games should fill this form out each season. (Good for one year.)

2022 League Age Chart
Player's league age for Spring & Fall 2022 is their age as of May 1, 2022. Boys born on or after January 1, 2003 and before May 1, 2010 may play Babe Ruth baseball.
