Attention Hoboken Little League Families!

We're getting ready for another fun and developmental fall season of baseball! Please review the following information to determine your child’s eligibility for the 2025 Fall Baseball Program, and complete the required steps to enroll. 

GENERAL INFORMATION & OVERVIEW: 

The HLL Fall Baseball Program is an extension of the spring season and focuses on instruction, development, and FUN! It is open ONLY to players who were registered in the Minor or Major League divisions during the 2025 spring season and/or to those planning on "trying out" for either division in 2026 spring season. No new participants will be accepted.

Key Goals:

• Skill development & game experience in a low-pressure setting

• Opportunity to try out the next division level (if eligible)

• Strengthen fundamentals and team camaraderie

• Foster a love for the game

• Open to baseball age 8–11 (as defined by the 2025 spring season)

• Participants must have played in HLL’s Minor or Major Leagues in spring 2025

• NOT eligible:

  • Players who were in Coach Pitch (baseball age 7 in spring 2025)

  • Players aged out of Majors (born before 9/1/13)

• Tentative Dates: Week of Sept 8 or 15 (TBD) – Oct 27 (approx. 6–7 weeks)

• Weeknight Games Only (No weekends)

• No practices, just pregame warmups

• No playoffs or championships

• Final schedule depends on enrollment and field availability

• Baseball glove (Required)

• Catcher’s gear (if applicable)

• Heart/pitching guard for ALL pitchers; all players encouraged to wear/bring to every game

• Athletic cup + throat guard for ALL male catchers

Recommended:

• Bat & helmet (loaners available)
• Molded/turf cleats (NO metal)

Uniform:

• Comfortable athletic clothing (wear a team-colored shirt, baseball pants/sweatpants, and appropriate footwear)
• NO shorts or skirts 
• Players will NOT receive a new uniform; pants color will be determined by each team manager or league and team colors will be announced closer to the season after rosters are finalized

• Based on spring 2025 division eligibility, skills, positioning (pitcher/catcher, etc), and experience

• Players "moving up" to the next division may not remain with former teammates

• Sibling priority will be given when possible

• No placement requests will be accepted 

⚾ Fall Minor League:

• Baseball age 8–9
• Returning Minor League players from spring 2025

⚾ Fall Major League:

• Baseball age 10–11 and advanced 9s
• Returning Major League players (11 and under)
• Minor League players who were eligible to try out for Majors in spring 2025 

• Only approved spring 2025 volunteers may help this fall

• Indicate interest directly on the online form 

• Volunteer spots are limited and not guaranteed

• Go into account associated with HLL and use “NEW SIGN UP” to add player or coach/volunteer profile on TeamSnap; disregard spring registration information 
• Complete one form per participant 
• Click on the link above or scan following QR code to access account on TeamSnap

NOTE: Everyone must re-enroll in TeamSnap for the fall season, even if you’ve used the app previously for rostering purposes. Team access will be granted after rosters are set in late August/early September.
