FLAG: In 2026  the Eastern Carolina Youth Football League will introduct an all flag girl football league. Ages are 5-7, 8-10, 11-13, and 13-14

COLLEGE: Ages are 8-10. This age group will wear the uniforms of the teams selceted to participant in our league. With this age group, we have each team victory & fight song, Bowl games, if your team don't make the championship game then they can be pick to play in a bowl game., and to make things even sweeter, we will have a game day crew on hand, each game highlight the biggest game and rivary, and our Heisman Trophy Award, in each age group

PRO: Our pro 11-13, will wear the colors of the pro teams pick to play in our league, either current or throwback uniform, just think playing in the iuniform of your favor NFL team. Home and away uniforms, with championship , SuperBowl and Pro Bowl game, all age group have uniform retirement, Hall of Fame, its like playing in the NFL, but now its on a youth level. Two conferances Atlanta Division or AFC and National Division or NFC, awards are given out like the pro, Rusher yards champion, Passing champion, Receiving champion

MIDDLE SCHOOL: This is new this year, to all middle school players that didn;t make their school roster now you don't have to wait an hole year to play, youy can come and join us and now you can still learn how to play football. learn the game play in championship game and win awards, why set down doing nothing when you can play football. If you're not pick then call or send an email say I like to sign up and bring the rest of your team mate with you. The uniform pick is outstanding, you will play in championdhip game , Pro Bowl, and possiable even get your jersey retired.
