Building football players since 1973... and then see how they grow after they don't have to "make weight" anymore! Luke, Paul and Joey

Thank you to all the FAMFA Alumni who have been attending our games this season! We appreciate your support and the team loves to see you there too. We wish you all the best in your HS football experience.

FAMFA Philosophy

FAMFA Mission Statement

FAMFA believes first and foremost in teaching the fundamentals of football to our young players. We hope in the process to teach them good sportsmanship, teamwork, fair play, work ethic and commitment.

As our president so eloquently and simply states:

It's a game and we all need to have FUN!

If in the process we build self esteem and character and teach life's many lessons, we are proud and thankful for those traits developing in our young players and athletes.

We believe in competition and we are members of the KBL League of the most competitive group of teams in our area. When we win games, we want to hold our heads up in the knowledge that we have shown respect and fairness to our opponents. We hope that our opposing teams would show the same respect.

The squads are usually between 15 –and 18 girls each season. Eligibility for the program is by age and grade level in school and where they are on the wait list only!

Squad 1... Flag Cheerleaders includes girls going into K & 1st grade.

Squad 2... Cub Cheerleaders includes girls going into 2nd & 3rd grade. .

Squad 3...Leopard Cheerleaders,. Includes girls going into 4th & 5th grade

Squad 4... Panther Cheerleaders...includes girls going into 6th & 7th grade

In addition, we have one mascot (K-2grade) on each squad.

Once added to a squad children will continue each season thru 7th grade.
Each year as the children leave or move up into another squad in the program, new girls are added to fill those openings

We believe in giving every girl a chance to cheer without having any cheer or tumbling experience. The program is geared toward having fun and learning in a non competitive atmosphere. Our program builds self esteem, confidence and teaches basic skills and techniques to introduce to girls, an understanding of the sport of cheerleading.
