No refunds will be issued, unless there is a FULL rain out.

All players are expected to contact the league (Linda) by Noon Friday if they will NOT be playing the following Tuesday.

If a player has a spare, they may collect their green fees from the spare player.


Once a spare has accepted, she is responsible for the tee time. If she does not show up, she will still have to pay for the tee time.


If you are arranging your spare via Email, please make sure you have confirmation that the spare will be playing and knows to contact Linda with any changes.

Both the player and the spare should confirm their intentions with Linda and she should be notified of ALL tee-time changes (spares, time swaps etc).

2014 Rates:

The cost to spare at Glen Cedars is $26 per player.

All RAIN OUT refunds will be issued at the end of the season, at the Fall Meeting.

SPARES SHOULD BE ADVISED TO GO STRAIGHT TO THE TEE-BLOCKS AS THEIR GREEN FEES WILL HAVE BEEN PAID FOR BY THE LEAGUE!
