Here are some guidelines to follow when getting a spare.

1. Contact someone from the SPARE list. We have spares who are willing to play and have committed to the league by signing up as a spare. If you know someone who would like to be a spare, they should fill out a registrtion form and forward it to Janet Aston so that they are eligible to play in the league.

2. Notify Janet by Friday at Noon that you will not be playing and who your spare is. Also, advise Janet if the spare will be paying you or the league.

3. Ensure the spare is aware that they are now responsible for the tee-time, and if they can't make it, they should get a spare and contact Janet. If the spare fails to show, the league will not refund your missed tee-time.

The player list is located under the PLAYERS NAMES tab. It is password protected (the phrase at the bottom of your LGLU card is the password). The spreadsheet has 3 tabs. Access the 'spare players' or 'bi-weekly players' tabs to find a spare.
