The first test will be Diagnostic (beginning of the 1st 9 weeks) - to find out where you are

The second test will be Formative (end of the 1st 9 weeks)- to see if you work-outs are helping you to improve

The third test will be a Summative (The end of the 1st semester) - to see if you made it to the Healthy Fit Zone.  Prizes will be awarded to those that make it into the healthy fit zone.

Timed mile today.  4 laps around the track equals 1 mile.  Do your best!  Today's test is diagnostic, which means it will not help or hurt your grade.  However, you need to do your best so that your fitness level can accurately be determined.
