VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITY - After Game Meals

The Beaver Quarterback Club provides meals for the football teams after their games each season.  But we can't do this without you!  

We have sign-ups for parents to volunteer to pick up meals and deliver to the team after their game.  Don't worry, this is not an out-of-pocket expense for you!  The QB Club will reimburse you for this.  

Some important information:

• The volunteer will decide what to feed the team. 
• We have arrangements with local places such as Pizza Joe's, Subway, Beaver Supermarket, where they will give us a discount if you tell them you are ordering for Beaver Football.  
• Meals should not cost more than $8 per player.
• The QB Club buys the drinks in bulk; we will have the drinks and coolers for you to use.  
• For home games, there is a table that can be set out by the locker room.  As the players come out, they can take their food and drinks as they leave.  
• For away games, the volunteer(s) will pass out the food and drinks as the players are getting onto the bus after the game.  
• Please SAVE YOUR RECEIPTS! No one has to pay personally for the team meal.  Give your receipt to David Thompson, Jenn Baker, Leslie Kisling.  Please write your full name, your child's name, and the date of the game on the receipt before you submit it.  
• We will tell you how many meals you need to purchase, along with any food allergies for which you need to be aware.  
• Don't be intimidated!  This is easier than it sounds, and we are happy to help you!
