Subscribe to our Newsletter2023 Bobcats Football Kick-off Picnic
The Quarterback Club will be hosting our Annual Kick-off Picnic on Saturday, August 19th at Shaw Park Pavilion immediately following our 10 am scrimmage against Rochester. This is a FUN family event for our Bobcat Football Families! Coach Rowse and his assistant coaches will talk our families about the upcoming season, and the cheerleaders will present the "Senior Sheets" to the senior football players. All middle school, JV and varsity families are invited to attend!
The QB Club will provide hamburgers, hot dogs and side dishes for everyone. We are asking the middle school and underclassmen families to provide items to share, such as drinks, snacks and desserts. Please see the Sign-up Genius here to sign up for your donation:

🐎 NIGHT AT THE RACES 🐎
The QB Club is hosting a Night at the Races on Saturday, February 25th. This will be a fun night you won’t want to miss! Get your jockey and horse before they are sold out. The event flyer and sponsorship opportunities are attached. All proceeds benefit our Bobcat Football Players!
OFF-SEASON TRAINING
Football players in grades 7-11 will begin their off season training program at Daman's Strength Training today, Monday, January 23rd. The program will last 10 weeks. Athletes in grades 9, 10 and 11 will attend on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 2:40-3:40 pm. All 7th and 8th grade athletes will attend on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2:40-3:40 pm and Saturdays from 10:00-11:00 am.
We are asking your son to make every effort to attend at least 3 times each week during the times available to train. We know some players have other in-season sports, but we are receiving a group rate that we need to pay, regardless of how many athletes attend. We want to get the most out of the large amount of money we are spending. Therefore, the first priority of each football player should be a commitment to 3 days/week. The second priority is training with your assigned group. If your son has a conflict with the schedule please communicate with Coach Rowse.
Donation Request - We would appreciate a donation of $5 per workout session ($15/week) to the QB Club to offset the cost of the training for each workout your son is able to attend at Daman's. You can send this payment via Venmo (@QB-Club) or mail a check to us at P.O. Box 337, Beaver, PA 15009 each month. VERY IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT send payment into Daman's! That will NOT make it to us. This $5 donation is to help offset some of the cost per player (see invoice attached). Your help with this expense is MUCH appreciated!

MONTHLY MEETINGS
Our Beaver Quarterback Club Booster Board meets the 1st Tuesday of each month and the meetings are primarily focused on planning fundraisers to address the cost not covered by the school athletic budget and reduce any out-of-pocket costs for our football families. A successful program, where student-athletes are developed as players and young men and they enjoy the benefits of participating on a competitive team, requires financial resources the school’s athletic budget cannot provide. Please join us at the monthly meetings, and let your voice be heard!
