ALL TEAMS - REFUND POLICY

• Full refund until May 15th

• Full refund minus $50 program fee May 16th - June 15th

• After June 15th refunds will be based off of team minus any expenses that have already occurred

Cubs: K & 1st grade (6Y) - below + 1 Canning Session

• New Cheerleader $350 (includes competition uniform, midriff, boy shorts, & poms)

• Returning Cheerleader $250

• Canning Session buy out option is $75 per 2-hour shift

Fees include: practices, football games, competition routine music, 2-competition registrations, bows, socks, organization sponsored events (Kona Ice & banquet) 

Not included: Practice Uniforms (estimated @ $100) to be purchased through the online store (however if they have from previous year they can be reused)

White: 2nd & 3rd grade (8Y) - below + 2 Canning Sessions

Green: 4th & 5th grade (10Y) - below + 3 Canning Sessions

Gold: 6th, 7th, & 8th Grade (12Y) - below + 4 Canning Sessions

• New Cheerleader $900 (includes midriff, boy shorts, & poms)

• Returning Cheerleaders $800

• Canning Session buy out option is $75 per 2-hour shift

Fees include: 3-day Pine Forest Sleep Away Camp + Transportation, 3-day Evolution Camp, specific choreography days + stunt clinic cleanup, team competition uniform (to be returned), practices, football games, competition routine music, 3 competition registrations + UCA Regionals competition with transportation one way, bows, socks, organization sponsored events (Kona Ice & banquet)

• GAME DAY Routine $175.00 (practice Wednesdays)

Fees include: practices, competition routine music, team competition uniform (to be returned), 4-competition registrations

• Youth Camp - Ran by NHHS Cheer  July 21st - 24th 9am-12pm

• Cheer with Varsity - Ran by NHHS Cheer ($20) Aug 28 or 29

• Any competition shirts ($15-20 each)

NEW TEAM THIS SEASON 

Nationals Track Team open to all 2nd-8th grade cheerleaders - below + 5 canning sessions

• New Cheerleader $950 (includes midriff, boy shorts, & poms) + $500 deposit for Quest due 8/1/25

• Returning Cheerleaders $850 + $500 deposit for Quest due 8/1/25

Fees include: 3-day Pine Forest Camp (sleep-away) + Transportation, 3-day Evolution Camp, **Professional Choreography, specific choreography days + stunt clinic cleanup, 2-team competition uniforms (to be returned), practices, competition routine music, 8 competition registrations + UCA Regionals competition with transportation one way, bows, socks, organization sponsored events (Kona Ice & banquet),  Winter Cheer Program - 3 additional competitions between Jan-Feb 2026

Not included: Practice Uniforms (estimated @ $200) to be purchased through the online store (however if they have from previous year they can be reused)

UCA QUEST or Nationals Competitions: both are held annually in Orlando, FL

• Participation in either of these competitions is based on obtaining a bid at the UCA Regionals Competition

• Deposit due $500 by 8/1/25

• potential reimbursement if fundraising efforts cover 100% of cheerleader cost, estimated at $1,000 + airfare + meals)

• Full reimbursement if a bid is not obtained at the UCA Regionals competition

• Price above is estimate to stay on-site with Disney accommodations

• Additional fundraising efforts will be permitted to help cover the costs of this competition not to exceed the cost of accommodations $1,000/cheerleader + airfare if purchased as a group.

• Fundraising efforts will be credited to each cheerleader who participated in each specific fundraiser.
