The Greater Flint Area Baseball and Softball Association is working to improve the safety and security of Broome and Whaley Parks.  We also hope to add events for families and increase the number of participants in our programs, particularly from the City of Flint.

Thank you the Greater Flint Sports Association for their donation of $8,000.00 to the GFABSA to install new sod at Tom Cole Field in Broome Park. 

New sod was placed around the outfield edge to bring the infield dimensions back to suggested regulation.  Foul territories were sodded in improve the safety and functionality of the foul territory, as well as more efficient maintenance.  The 1st and 3rd baselines also had sod installed for more efficient maintenance.
