The MGSL is always looking for volunteers to assist in our efforts to advance youth softball in and around Midland, MI. Listed below are some of our current volunteer needs. If you desire to help in a manner not listed below, please share your thoughts in one of the forms below. We are always looking for ideas on how to improve our league. • Board Member (at large members)
• Coach/Assistant or Head
• Non coach instructor (training sessions & camps)
• Event Staff - planning and day of
• Sponsorship 
  
• Youth volunteers (dugout buddies & junior instructors)
• Umpires (10U division)
