Wrestlers are required to provide their own wrestling shoes and headgear.

Wrestlers with braces must wear a mouthguard that is approved for use with braces. If the wrestler has top and bottom braces, the mouthguard must protect both the top and bottom teeth.

Knee pads are optional.
