15u Kid Pitch Division:

  • 90 minute game time.  No new inning after 85 minutes.

  • 90’ base paths and 60’6” to the front of the rubber on the mound.

  • A maximum of 7 runs per inning or 3 recorded outs.

  • 7 inning max

  • Run Rule 15 runs after 3 innings, 8 runs after 4 innings.

  • Ten (9) defensive players shall play in the field with four (3) outfielders. All outfielders shall stay behind the baseline.

  • Teams may start a game with eight (8) players. The ninth (9th) position in the batting order shall be declared an out each turn at bat.

   Approved Ruling: The ninth (9th) and all subsequent players may be added to the bottom of the batting line-up as soon as they become available.

  • Defensive coaches shall not be allowed on the field of play and shall coach from the dugout.

  •  Two (2) offensive coaches shall be allowed on the field. 1st base, and 3rd base.

  •  A player may only be Intentionally Walked once per game by announcement from the defensive team.

  • 2 umpires will be provided by PCJB unless changed by PCJB management.

  • The catcher shall wear all appropriate protective gear including a catcher’s helmet with dual earflap with facemask and either a built-in extended throat guard or a separately attached throat guard, chest protector, shin and / or leg guards, and protective cup.

  • 15U team standings/ records are kept. 

  • The batting order shall constitute all present, properly uniformed players on the team roster at the beginning of the game. Late arrivals shall be inserted at the bottom of the batting order.

  • The game is over, when the opposing team is mathematically eliminated from scoring enough runs to win or tie the game. (Run Rules still apply)

  • In the event of a tie during a regular season game, the game will be entered as a tie in the records. 

  • In the event of a tie during tournament play the “International Tie‐Breaker” will be utilized. Starting at the end of regulation time, and each half inning thereafter, the offensive team shall begin its turn at bat with [1] one recorded out and with the player who recorded the last out in the previous at bat being placed on second base. This will continue until a winner is declared.
