As we enter the 2021 season, the 21st Ward Junior League will take the same responsible approach as we did in 2020 to manage our programs in the midst of this pandemic by implementing COVID-19 guidelines and specific protocols to ensure the safety of our participants, coaches, volunteers, and spectators.  Below, you will find links to four very important documents.  You should click on each link to access each document.  Please take a few mins to read each one.

Two of the documents you must print, sign, and bring to your child's first practice (please do not email them to the league. Hard copies will be collected by your coach and placed in a team folder). Your child will NOT be permitted to participate in any practices, games, or team activities until the two signed documents are turned in to your child's coach. Please bring them to your first scheduled practice.

Our comprehensive set of guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe return to the field. Includes general safety measures, mask wearing policies, social distancing requirements, spectator guidelines, equipment usage, and more. Please take a few mins to read this. All players, coaches, volunteers, and parents are required to abide by the guidelines. Keep in mind, these guidelines are always subject to change, as new guidance is provided to us by city/state/CDC. We will continue to evolve them as the world around us dictates.

This agreement summarizes your responsibilities as it relates to ensuring your child is healthy enough to participate, and outlines any associated quarantine, testing, or reporting requirements should your child, or a someone in your household get exposed to or diagnosed with COVID-19.

This Babe Ruth League waiver is your acknowledgement of the risks associated with participation and release of liability.

Detailed maps of each field at the Pearlman & Hagy's Complexes, summarizing important COVID-19 info and designated seating areas for each field. We will eventually have maps prepared for our "off-site" practice fields. But for now we ask that you use common sense social distancing at those locations, as our same spectator policies outlined in our COVID-19 guidelines still do apply.
