Clarification of parent pick-up policy:
In order to pick up your child from an away meet, Franklin Regional requires the parent pick-up form to be signed by the AD and Coach Ralston (or Coach Conrad for MS). The form needs to be signed by all parties and turned in by the DAY BEFORE the meet. We have two large teams and in order for away meets to run smoothly, the coaches need some advance notice.
Please keep in mind that this policy is in place to keep our kids safe.

New procedure for parents taking kids home from away meets:
YOU WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE YOUR CHILD FROM AN AWAY MEET UNLESS THIS PROCEDURE IS MET - AS PER TEAM POLICY. THE COACHES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR CHILD AT THESE EVENTS AND IT IS VERY DISRUPTIVE & UPSETTING WHEN EVERYONE DOES NOT FOLLOW POLICY AND IS THEN NOT ACCOUNTED FOR!
It seemed the easiest to work through email, though hand written would be accepted but the parents would be responsible for getting the note to the high school, and the child responsible for getting the note to the coach.
One email could be sent as follows:
High School
Middle School
The email should be sent the day before, but would be accepted the day of the meet prior to leaving.
