Officer Reports:

VP – No report

Treasurer– Kathy handed out the income/expense report for August-September 2015, which also included the 2015 tournament expense report and the available balances in our accounts (below).  Kathy also expressed the need for help in cancelling our account with AT&T.  

1)      Checking account balance - $1,969.98

2)      Savings account balance - $4,580.18

3)      Cooperstown 2016  - $415.02

4)      Other Savings - $415.02

New Business:

1)      Elections

President - Mike Pugh wins unopposed 6-1

Secretary – Ed Levon wins unopposed 6-1

Equipment Manager – Rich Gamber wins unopposed 7-0

Trustee – Tom Rossman wins unopposed 5-0 (Only Board members can vote)

2)      Open positions – Nominations

Umpire in Chief – Tony Pasquino nominated by Pugh, seconded by Novotney.   Other nominations will be accepted until the start of October’s monthly meeting.

3)      Equipment Storage

Motion by Bunn, seconded by Pugh to create a discovery committee to find another potential

location to store our equipment.  Motion passed.

4)      Close non-monthly meetings

Motion by Bunn, seconded by Pugh to close all non-monthly meeting from the public.  Motion passed.

5)      New board members getting keys to Provo House

Levon to get keys from Grill, Pugh to get keys from Zivnoska, Gamber to get keys from Abramczyk

6)      2016 Cooperstown Team

The board discussed improving communications with the 2016 Cooperstown team and making sure the money they are fundraising is given to the WBL Treasurer to monitor and report out.
