Whitefish Varsity Bulldogs Surge Past Lincoln County Varsity Lions Thanks To Big Sixth Inning

Whitefish Varsity Bulldogs defeated Lincoln County Varsity Lions 8-1 on Wednesday at Kootenai Valley Rangers Volunteer Field thanks in part to five runs in the sixth inning. Dalen doubled, scoring two runs, an error scored one run, an error scored one run, and Hobart drew a walk, scoring one run.
A single by Orme put Whitefish Varsity Bulldogs on the board in the top of the first.
Burow singled to center field, which helped Lincoln County Varsity Lions tie the game at one in the bottom of the second.

Kelly Has Lots Of Hits But Shepherd Varsity Mustangs Fall To Huntley Project

Kelly collected three hits in three at bats, but Shepherd Varsity Mustangs lost to Huntley Project 16-6 on Wednesday. Kelly singled in the first inning, doubled in the fourth inning, and doubled in the third inning.
Shepherd Varsity Mustangs jumped out to the lead in the top of the first inning after Kelly singled, scoring two runs, and a wild pitch scored one run.
Huntley Project flipped the game on its head in the bottom of the first, scoring five runs on three hits to take the lead, 5-3. The biggest blow in the inning was a single by Kaczmatek that drove in two.
Huntley Project scored 10 runs on four hits in the bottom of the second inning.
