Junior Program Ages 10-12
The training program will include the foundation of mechanics, balance, arm maintenance, and conditioning. It will also include the introduction to the defensive part of the game and fielding your position. It is a 2 month plan to get young pitchers ready for the beginning of their spring season. The goal is to train the body, mind, and arm to be the complete player, stay healthy, and enjoy the game.
