In Saturday's games, American Legion continued its hitting streak and knocked off Action, 22-6.  In the game after, Rusty Gallagher fanned 6 and pitched a shutout as Gally's sailed past Lia 9-0. 

In Sunday's games, one (Action vs. Gally's) was canceled due to drenched field and in the other ROMO'S won over Lia, 19-2.  Due to a serious player injury the game was called after 6 innings.

On Saturday, for Legion, Ian Duckor was 2-2, with a walk.  Bert Cromling was 4-4 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI's.  Jim Fin was 3-4 with 2 doubles.  Tim Cronin was 3-4 with 2 RBI's.  Ralph Scunziano was 3-4, with a homer and 4 RBI's.  Joe Conlon was 3-4 with a double, triple and 3 RBI's.  Jim Schwab was 2-3, with a double and 3 RBI's.  Pat D'Addio was 2-3.  Mike Holub was 2-4.
 
For Action, Dan Daigenault was 2-3.  Gene Itri was 2-3.  Steve Gatt was 2-4.  Paul Peters was 2-4, with a homer and 2 RBI's.  Mike Harrigan added a double.

 

For Gally's, Rick Wall was 4-4, with 2 doubles.  Mike McGlynn was 2-4 and 2 RBI's.  Bob Dial had a double.
 
For Lia, Mark Roy was 2-3.
 
On Sunday, for ROMO'S, Mark Slusar was 5-5, with a homer and 6 RBI's.  Greg Purello was 4-5, with 2 doubles and 4 RBI's.  Rob Romaker was 2-3, with 2 walks.  Bill Hickey was 3-5 with 2 doubles and 3 RBI's.  Frank Diana was 2-4, with a triple.  Juan Ovalle was 2-4 with a double.  Mike Simmons was 2-5 with a triple.  Chuck Palladino was 2-5, with 2 RBI's.
