TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION AND INFORMATION
THIS IS AN OPEN TOURNAMENT, and all teams are welcome.
DATES: Friday, August 30 - Monday, September 2, 2019
DIVISIONS: 18+ Open Division
FORMAT: Pool play consisting of 3 games, Semifinals and Championship game
PLAYOFFS: Semifinal games either Sunday morning or Monday morning.
CHAMPIONSHIPS: Monday, September 2, 2019
ENTRY FEES:
$950.00 Team Fee
DEPOSIT DATE: A $500.00 non-refundable deposit must be received to reserve a spot in the tournament and to earn the discounts by the dates listed above. NOTE: No teams will be accepted after August 23, 2019. If you are struggling with a deposit or with team funds, call us, and we will work out a payment plan to help get your team the opportunity to play baseball in the Sisler Wood Bat Labor Day Tournament.
ENTRY INCLUDES: Entry fee includes: fields, umpires, 5 baseballs for each game played, scorebook, line-up cards, tournament rules, and team champion trophy.
DEPOSITS: All teams must submit a non-refundable $500.00 deposit to reserve a place in the tournament. The balance of the team fee must be submitted by August 23, 2019. All fees sent by mail must be in money order or cashier check payable to NEO Roy Hobbs and sent to John Magensky, 3099 Fen Way Court, Uniontown, OH 44685. The NEO Roy Hobbs also accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express for your convenience at www.neoroyhobbs.org.
REFUND POLICY PRIOR TO TOURNAMENT: No refund will be given if the tournament bracket or schedule has been posted. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 15 business days before the tournament start date a full refund will be given minus the deposit. If the schedule has not been posted and you call 8 to 14 business days before the tournament start date, 50 percent of your fee will be returned minus the deposit; if the schedule has not been posted and you call 7 or fewer business days before the tournament start date, no refund will be given.
